This lock works very well for everyone in my family, especially for my parents whose finger prints are fading. The palm vein scan unlocks super fast, very convenient. And the support I received from the Lockin team is superb, they replied to my inquiries in a very responsive manner and I could feel that they were trying their best proactively to get me the support I needed, very impressive service. I’d recommend the product and the service to people I know.

Impressive product, works for everyone at home. Super easy to install and customize. App is user friendly and you can find all you need instantly. The one thing that is more impressive than the product is their customer service. They responded to my questions within few hours, answered my calls very quickly, you don't find this kind of service in Canada.

Camera view takes to long to view. By the time someone ring the door bell it takes to long to live view who’s at the door.

I bought this doorbell camera after seeing all of those porch pirates online, and I think this really helps with deterring them. The design is lowkey but still noticable, and it's easy to set up on the app. The camera is high resolution, and it works well to identify faces. The night
vision also works very well, and it can see even in the darkest of nights. There's a lot of incredibly helpful features here, and for the price, it's honestly worth it. It feels genuinely hefty and durable, and I seriously doubt anyone would dare try to steal your packages once they spot the doorbell camera. This 2K camera came with AI motion detection, night vision, palm vein recognition, 32GB built-in storage, auto-lock, and one-touch lock. I love this smart lock camera and highly recommend it to everyone.

This smart lock is seriously impressive. The palm vein recognition is next-level its my first time using this kind of tech, and its way more convenient and accurate than I expected. Ive had it installed for a while now, and despite being fully exposed to the sun and rain, it still looks brand new. The tempered glass finish is super durable, and I was pleasantly surprised by its rainproof touch feature no more false triggers on rainy days!

The built-in video doorbell is super clear, and I feel a lot safer being able to see whos at the door anytime. Its honestly an all-in-one upgrade for any home, and Ive already recommended it to my friends and family.

The Lockin palm vein tech is the way to go. Nothing is faster or easier to use. I've had this on my door for a few months now and I'm super impressed with how fast it unlocks. First time, every time. It's literally hold out your hand and then reach down to unlock the door. Adding additional users is easy, painless and quick. Install went smoothly (granted I take care of a few properties, so changing locks is something I do frequently) and the instruction video was clear and direct.

I'm contemplating getting one for my folks for Christmas as their other brand fingerprint lock isn't super reliable. Also, Lockin now have a lock w/out a camera so I'll probably add that for my garage down the road!

Work flawlessly

It's an excellent buy! I would also like to share with you that only my first born daughter can access the lock-in for both hands, even though I only registered her right hand.

I like this door lock. It's very convenient, especially the app that allows me to control most functions smoothly.

I love my Lockin Veno Pro! The palm vein recognition is a unique and brilliant feature. I's fast, secure, and doesn't require any physical contact. The video is crystal - clear, and I can communicate with visitors through it. It addition to my home, and I'm very happy with my purchase.

The Lockin Veno Pro is a game - changer! Since installing it, I've felt so much safer. The palm vein recognition is incredibly fast and accurate. Even in the dark, it unlocks my door in an instant. The video feature is a great bonus, allong me to see who's at the door. It's easy to set up and the battery lifeis impressive.
