Extremely fast and reliable reading palms. Connected well with home automation. Great value for the money. Battery is great, 2 months of use and battery still at 92%.

This is absolutely the best deadbolt I have owned after half a dozen different ones. The palm vein reader is the fastest and most consistent method for unlocking a door I have ever used.

Looks sleek, easy set up and quality seems good. Love the palm recognition feature and you can also use a pin. It's been installed for about three months and battery is at 90%. We did turn off the auto vein detection, so you have to press a button to turn it on. This seems to conserve the battery since it's not constantly searching for a palm. .

Super fast and easy to use. So much better than my last lock with a fingerprint scanner. Also love the physical buttons over digital.

Finally, something my mom can actually use. She has older, dry, cracked, and calloused hands, so regular fingerprint readers almost never work for her. This vein reader has been much easier for her to use and recognize her hand consistently.Also this door unlocks quick, my mom tends to push on the door before it has enough time to unlock but this is the quickest one so far, my Yale one was pretty fast too but this one is faster.Only thing I miss with my Yale one it has door sense so it would only lock if the door is closed, if u leave the door open too long and u have a timer on it will lock then when u close the door your lock is sticking out and hits the door teim, but cant have it all. And was more important to have it open easier and faster for my mom.

I bought 2 of these and it’s been great.One of them eventually stopped working (not sure what the cause was) after a couple months owning it. I tried my own troubleshooting(wiggled the connector, put in a backup battery, and the app can’t communicate with it) and ended up contacting Lockin’s customer support. After exchanging emails and sending them the logs, they ended up sending me replacement.I like the product overall(unfortunate one of them stopped working early on) but the customer support has been great, patient, and have been really helpful.

We've wanted to upgrade our front door security lock for some time and came across this product as well as other versions. We seen the reviews on Amazon and YouTube and decided to give it a try. Our order was missing two screws needed but the customer service was very responsive and sent out the needed screws promptly and once installation was complete it's been a game changer as far as usefulness without compromising security. It's easy to setup users, codes and palm veins and it works quick and reliably each time even in the rain and at night and with dirty hands as advertised. App was used user friendly and straightforward. Best of all it was easy to install, looks great and I can't wait for one that works with the handle and not just deadbolt, if that's even possible.I Can't say enough about the product or the app or the excellent customer service I've experienced. I've waited a little bit to leave this to ensure there was no early quirks. So far so great! If you're in the market and have the budget as well as the door and frame setup, then just get this and expect to have small life improvements that you didn't think you needed but won't go back from ever.

Great Experience easy to install and setup. Whole thing took about 30 mins.The lock responds very fast. Added my son just to make sure it all worked. He hadno problems locking and unlocking it from his house. Would buy again

This is a very versatile lock, and a good value for all that it does. I was able to add it to wifi without much problem, and then Alexa after that for voice commands (which work great, BTW). I was also able to add it to Hubitat using Matter.The palm vein tech is very cool and has worked great so far. I have set the lock to automatically scan for a palm, and so far the battery has held up. The battery life is still showing 100% (another reviewer has mentioned the same condition) but I'm not terribly worried, as I'm sure it will alert me when it reaches near depletion.Tech support has been very helpful thus far; I had an issue with getting lock notifications when the lock is added through Matter, and they were very responsive in trying to solve it.Overall, I highly recommend this lock and would purchase one for another door if the need arose.

Well when it worked it was wonderful BUT after a month the issues started, and the lock started acting on its own doing weird things or just not working period. If it weren't for the great customer service I would not have been able to give a 5 star review, but bc they were prompt, understanding, and are quick to sending out a replacement lock they keep the stars.. Waiting on my new lock now and cant wait for the .17 sec opening time again with just my palm😎.. I understand things happen and am looking forward to un defected new lock to arrive!

Initially I loved the product. After having it a few weeks it will no longer see that I am approaching the device so I have to hit any of the buttons to get it turned on where it will then read my palm. Yes the sensor is clean and free of obstructions. A little frustrating. Once it reads my palm it is really quick at unlocking my door.

Works great! Easy setup, clear instructions, and (so far) user-friendly and reliable app. This purchase has been a refreshing renewal in faith to invest in quality products.The main thing I wanted in a lock was a rechargable battery because I was tired of juggling AAs every month or two and dealing with acid damage. The palm vein was a gimmick I wasn't looking for, but decided to try and it has quickly become my favorite feature. It works way faster and more reliably than any other recognition software I've dabbled with.Only thing I miss from this model vs the higher end model is a door sensor for auto-locking. This one works on a timer (albeit adjustable) which has drawbacks.Overall very pleased with this purchase.

Very happy with this product I previously purchased Halo Kwikset touchscreen, the batteries would die in 2 months and the touchscreen cracked from sunlight. The Lockin Veno Go was very easy to install and works exactly as advertised, so far since my purchase the rechargable battery still says 100%. The lock is extremly quiet and fast campared to the Kiwikset. I would absolutley buy enother very well made and feels and looks great.

After brief research into smart locks, I decided to buy this model for a few reasons. First, I was interested in the palm reader. Secondly, this lock has minimal, if any, dependency on other smart home devices, and I like that. Finally, I like the design of this lock. There are more advanced versions in the Lockin range, but I like this one best because it does not have unnecessary bells and whistles. When I received the package, it was well-packed, the lock felt solid, and the installation went without a hitch. I like that the buttons are physical as opposed to the touch-sensor panels on many other locks. That gives me added peace of mind that in cold weather, if for whatever reason I cannot use the palm reader, I will have no issue entering the passcode. The app is simple but provides all the required functionality.A couple of words about the palm reader: I think this is the best option to unlock a door, better than face detection or a fingerprint reader, as it is fast and reliable. The learning process is easy and quick; there is no need to register 10 different positions as with a fingerprint reader. Hold your hand up for a second, and the software registers your palm. Another second, and your second hand is added too. That's it. All you have to do when approaching the door is stretch your hand toward the lock; it instantly reads the palm, unlocks the bolt, and then your hand grabs the handle to open the door.In the spirit of full disclosure, I did run into a software glitch after installing the app. For some reason, the auto-lock function was not working. I called the support number and was surprised to get prompt, helpful support from the manufacturer. After checking a couple of options, the support team advised me to reinstall the app. As soon as I did that, the auto-lock started working. So, I honestly feel this is a good product and should be considered by anyone who does not need or want a built-in camera or other advanced features. The included rechargeable battery should last 6-7 months, if I recall the manual correctly. Instead of dealing with regular batteries, I prefer to simply charge this battery a couple of times a year.There was one feature that I forgot to check before buying which this lock does not offer, and I feel that it should be included even with budget locks: door detection. I realized the lock lacks a built-in sensor only after receiving it. This means that if someone opens the door and does not close it completely, the lock won't know whether the door was shut or is still ajar, and it will still auto-lock the bolt. Therefore, it should become a habit to shut the door firmly after entering the house and then either lock it manually or let the lock auto-lock in a few seconds (the delay is selected in the app settings). All in all, I highly recommend this lock. And to the Lockin team: add a door sensor to this model, and it will be perfect.

I used to have a well known branded fingerprint smart lock and that used to be a headache because it wouldn’t read the fingerprint. So I replaced it with this one and really loving it. It reads my palm very quickly even when it’s dirty. Even my father’s palm is working every time and he is 75 and has wrinkly palm. Opens super fast and seems very well made. After I bought first one, I really loved it so much I bought another one. I have been using it for a few weeks now and haven’t had to use the password yet. Another feature I really loved is you can set the depth of the deadbolt and calibrate it so it doesn’t go in too deep and hit the wood. The app is very easy to use and very well organized. The battery seems to be holding charge very well too. I would recommend it anyone who is looking for a great smart lock without having to spend a few hundred bucks.

I don't always write reviews but I LOVE this smart lock. I was always looking for a smart lock but fingerprint recognition ones aren't always reliable. I work with my hands so my fingers are always dirty or my skin is dry and don't always scan properly (even on my phone sometimes it either takes several tries or i have to type in a password/pattern manually) We've had it installed for almost 3 weeks now and it's been flawless every single time. I already have 5 people with registered palm vein scans (each person has both palms registered so they can use either hand to unlock) and zero problems with any one of them. We've got about 5 more people to scan so everyone has access. I've also given everyone their own code just in case they need to get in before I'm able to add their palm scan in person. The notifications to my phone are instantaneous when someone locks or unlocks the door. I love that the notifications tell me who opened the door and what method they used to do so. I really like that you can change the amount of time before the door automatically locks or you can turn that auto lock off all together. I love that i can have alexa lock and unlock the door for me as well. I have only used a temporary one time use pass code so far. I needed a neighbor to put a package inside the front door for me and that worked flawlessly as well. I love that i don't need to remember to bring my house keys if I need to run out quickly and don't take my purse. No more breaking into my own house through a window (yes, it's happened several times before we got this beauty) Battery life is still at 100% after almost 3 weeks. Installation was pretty straightforward. I made a mistake when I overlooked the fact that you're not supposed to have a rounded latch hole, it needs to be rectangular. Luckily my sister was able to use a hammer and chisel to change into a rectangular shape to make it fit. But that was my fault for not checking properly. It looks fantastic and it unlocks so fast I get excited when someone uses it for the first time and they are surprised how quickly it recognizes their palm.
